随着我国经济的快速发展带动了公路桥梁工程的发展,公路桥梁在现代社会中起到了连接两地之间经济文化交流的作用,而随着人们出行需求的增加,公路桥梁建设在我国经济的整体发展过程中占据着重要的地位。公路桥梁在施工过程中经常会出现各种各样的问题,制约了工程的建设。如何提高监理对公路桥梁施工质量的控制水平成为当前公路桥梁建设中作为参建单位一方责任主体需要亟待解决的问题。
