目的探讨中医扶正健脾法对恶性实体瘤患儿5年心理及社会行为的影响。方法选择2005年1月—2009年12月收治的恶性实体瘤,且持续5年及以上的回访的患儿,共167例。依据前期课题研究中的分组和治疗方法,分为治疗组83例和对照组84例。以Peds QL4.0量表为基础,结合欧洲癌症研究合作组织普适量表(EORTC QOC-C30)设计生存质量量表,比较对2组患儿心理及社会行为的影响。结果治疗组在随访过程中脱落16例,死亡24例;对照组84例,在随访过程中脱落20例,死亡41例。2组患儿心理功能板块、社会行为关系板块比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扶正健脾中药结合西医治疗实体瘤患儿能改善其心理功能及社会关系。
Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine strengthening the right to invigorate the spleen on five-year psychological and social behaviors of children with solid tumors. Methods A total of 167 children with malignant solid tumors who were admitted from January 2005 to December 2009 with a follow-up of 5 years or more were included. Based on the grouping and treatment methods in the previous research, there were 83 cases in the treatment group and 84 cases in the control group. Based on the Peds QL4.0 scale, the quality of life scale was designed according to the EORTC QOC-C30 scale to compare the psychological and social behaviors of the two groups of children. Results During the follow-up period, the treated group shed 16 cases and died of 24 cases. In the control group, 84 cases lost 20 cases and 41 died during follow-up. There were significant differences between the two groups (P <0.05) in the mental function plate and social behavior plate. Conclusion Fuzheng Jianpi combined with Western medicine treatment of solid tumors in children can improve their psychological function and social relations.
