综合考虑1270可逆冷轧机止推轴承轴向载荷及转速的影响,应用SolidWorks软件建立了止推轴承多体动力接触模型,利用ABAQUS有限元软件对其进行完全耦合热应力分析,在没有定量的理论值的条件下,定性分析了轧机运行时轴向力与轴承温升的相互影响,以及此时止推轴承在常载和重载条件下摩擦热对轴承应力应变的影响。研究表明,ABAQUS是分析轴承运转过程动力接触问题十分有效的工具,所得出的结论对同类型其它轧机的设计有一定的指导意义。
Considering the influence of axial load and speed of 1270 reversing cold rolling mill thrust bearing, the multi-body dynamic contact model of thrust bearing was established by using SolidWorks software. The coupled thermal stress analysis was carried out by ABAQUS finite element software. Theoretical value of the conditions, the qualitative analysis of the rolling mill runner axial force and temperature rise of the interaction, and the thrust bearing under normal and heavy load conditions of the friction and heat stress on the bearing strain. The research shows that ABAQUS is a very effective tool to analyze the dynamic contact problem during bearing operation, and the conclusions obtained are of guiding significance for the design of other rolling mills of the same type.
