近日,中组部发文强调,乡镇党委书记一般应任满一届。任期不到三年调整的,要报市(州、地)党委组织部同意。中组部指出,乡镇党委书记人选一般应具有乡镇、街道工作经历,优先从具有乡镇、街道领导干部任职经历的人员中选拔。选拔任用乡镇党委书记,要在县委全委会或全县领导干部会议范围进行民主推荐,一般应经过县委常委会或县委全委会票
Recently, the Central Organization Department issued a document stressing that township and town party secretaries should generally be appointed for one term. If the term is to be adjusted within three years, it shall be reported to the municipal (prefectural and prefectural) party committee and organization department for approval. The Central Organization Department pointed out that candidates for secretary of township party committees should generally have the experience of working in villages and towns and streets and should give priority to selecting personnel who have working experience in township and street leading cadres. Selection and appointment of township party secretary, county committee or county cadres in the county to recommend democratic recommendations, generally should go through the county committee or county committee vote
