随着档案事业的不断发展,科技档案已成为我国档案信息资源的重要组成部分。我院在深化改革中,重视科技档案的开发利用,收到了显著的社会效益和经济效益。一、转变观念,提高对医院科技档案利用工作重要性的认识要做好科技档案的利用工作,首先必须解决观念问题。社会主义市场经济对科技档案利用工作提出了更高的要求。要适应这一变化,就必须转变观念,提高对档案利用工作重要性的认识。要突破阻碍利用工作开展的重重阻力,树立档案信息的社会化新观念;要坚持利用至上、服务至上的原则,积极做好科技档案信息的开发利用工作;要从传统的被动提供利用工作方式向主动提供利用工作方式转变。
