武术是中华民族的文化遗产,蕴含了人类文明的光辉。中国武术植根于中华传统文化,具有天人合一、对立统一的理念。法治是文明的象征,社会主义法治理念同样追求和谐和统一。武术和法治理念的相通性决定了从武治到法治的转变,这种转变是历史的必然,是人类文明前进的体现。现代法治下的武术在法律的保护下取得了新生,不论在知识产权保护还是武术事业发展方面,法治都发挥了巨大的作用。
Wushu is the cultural heritage of the Chinese nation, embodies the glory of human civilization. Chinese martial arts are rooted in traditional Chinese culture and have the concept of harmony between man and nature and unity of opposites. The rule of law is a symbol of civilization. The concept of socialist rule of law also seeks harmony and unity. The connection between the concept of martial arts and the rule of law determines the transition from the rule of wushu to the rule of law. Such a change is an inevitable result of history and an indication of the progress of human civilization. Under the law, the martial arts under the rule of law has gained a new lease of life. The rule of law has played a huge role both in intellectual property protection and in the development of martial arts.
