中国新闻社主办的“大势·大事·大市——中国经济形势分析会”9月24日在北京举行。中国国际经济交流中心常务副理事长郑新立在会上指出,今年上半年中国经济运行整体平稳,“四季度有望结束第二次经济增速下降的局面”。郑新立指出,官方强调扩大消费对GDP增长的拉动作用,中国迎来改善居住条件、轿车进入家庭的黄金时期。“需要把住房、汽车这两个几十万元级的消费品疏导好,老百姓购买这些商品对经济增长的拉动,是难以替代的”。
