为了更好地贯彻执行《档案法》,落实国务院办公厅57号文件,进一步加强对区县档案工作的领导,上海市人民政府于1990年5月19日在静安区人民政府召开了分管档案工作的区县长会议。会议由市档案局姜文焜局长主持。静安区副区长瞿钧介绍了该区贯彻国务院办公厅57号文件的做法和经验。接着进行了座谈讨论。虹口、长宁、川沙等区县的领导作了发言。
In order to better implement the “Archives Law” and implement the No. 57 document of the State Council General Office and further strengthen the leadership over archival work in the districts and counties, the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government held the charge of files in the Jing’an District People’s Government on May 19, 1990 District magistrate meeting.
