本文采取文献资料法、问卷调查法及访谈法对黄石市中小学校园篮球指导教师发展空间现状进行调查和研究分析,得到如下结论:1、黄石市青少年校园篮球活动布点学校篮球教师的职称水平有待提高;2、该市校园篮球教师运动员等级较低,但是也符合中小学篮球教学的教学要求。在得到以上结论的基础上提出以下建议:1、要想提高篮球活动开展的水平,除了提高教师职称等次还需要提高教学质量、教学水平。2、主管教育部门应该提供足够多的后续培训机会,完善篮球教师的业务水平和教学能力,使之符合当代中小学的篮球教学。
In this paper, the literature review, questionnaire survey and interviews were conducted to investigate and analyze the status quo of the development of basketball tutors in primary and secondary schools in Huangshi. The conclusions are as follows: 1. Improve; 2, the city’s basketball college basketball athletes lower rank, but also in line with the teaching of primary and secondary basketball teaching requirements. Based on the above conclusions, we put forward the following suggestions: 1. In order to improve the level of basketball activities, we must improve teaching quality and teaching level in addition to improving teachers’ professional titles. 2, the competent education department should provide enough follow-up training opportunities to improve the basketball teacher’s professional skills and teaching ability, so that it is in line with contemporary basketball teaching in primary and secondary schools.
