本文借鉴美国商务管理中“猴子管理”的理念来分析大学英语教学课堂上的“猴子”以及教师接受学生“猴子”的原因。大学英语教师可通过学习“猴子管理”理念,实施描述“猴子”和指派“猴子”行为,采用“先行动后建议”解决问题的方式,来确保教师的角色是管理者,引导学生去解决问题,成为自主学习者。“猴子管理”理念可培养大学英语教师具有管理者的意识,帮助教师通过实施一系列的管理行为来实现课堂管理者的角色转变,切实开展“以学生为中心”的教学模式。
This article draws on the concept of “monkey management” in American business management to analyze the reasons why “monkey” in college English teaching class and teachers accept students “monkey”. College English teachers can ensure that the teacher’s role is to “solve the problem” by learning the “monkey management” philosophy, implementing the “monkey” and “monkey” Managers, guide students to solve the problem, become independent learners. The concept of “monkey management” can cultivate college English teachers ’awareness of managers and help teachers to realize the change of classroom managers’ roles through implementing a series of management behaviors, so as to effectively carry out the “student-centered” teaching mode.
