饮食与营养是影响癌发生的一个重要因素。其作用机理可以分成二大类:(1)饮食中的某些成分可能含有致癌原或它的前体;(2)某些饮食成分或营养状况可以改变致癌原的代谢或影响癌及肿瘤的生长与发展。本报告主要讨论第二类作用机理,重点放在致癌原的代谢改变方面,并将引用一些例子说明与此有关的机理及提出一些需要进一步研究的问题。
Diet and nutrition are an important factor affecting the occurrence of cancer. Its mechanism of action can be divided into two broad categories: (1) some components of the diet may contain carcinogens or precursors; (2) certain dietary components or nutritional status may alter the metabolism of the oncogenic or affect the cancerous and cancerous Growth and development. This report focuses on the second type of mechanism of action, with a focus on the metabolic changes of carcinogens, and cites some examples to illustrate the mechanisms involved and to suggest some issues for further study.
