我院于1981年元月～1987年12月手术治疗直肠癌186例,现总结和讨论如下。临床资料一般资料:本组男113例,女73例,男:女=1.5:1;年龄17～82岁,平均年龄49.7岁,20岁以下4例,～20岁42例,～40岁99例,60岁以上41例;病程1月～4年,急性穿孔4例,急性梗阻9例;既往有血吸虫病史19例。早期症状;便血79例(42.5％),腹泻54例(29％),便秘26例(14％),里急后重25例(13.4％)脓血便29例(15.6％),粘液便15例(8.1％)。
Our hospital treated 186 cases of rectal cancer from January 1981 to December 1987, which are summarized and discussed as follows. Early symptoms; hematochezia in 79 cases (42.5%), diarrhea in 54 cases (29%), constipation in 26 cases (14%), desperation and weight in 25 cases (13.4%) in 29 cases (15.6%), and mucus in 15 cases (8.1%) ).
