研究了Ti-Nb微合金钢在两阶段温轧后的组织及力学性能。结果表明:在低温进行第二阶段终轧后,Ti-Nb微合金钢组织主要由铁素体构成。铁素体晶粒、析出的化合物相尺寸细小。提高终冷温度可以显著改善钢的低温冲击性能。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti-Nb microalloyed steel after two-stage warm rolling were studied. The results show that the microstructure of Ti-Nb microalloyed steel is mainly composed of ferrite after the second stage of finish rolling at low temperature. Ferrite grains, precipitated compound phase size small. Increasing the final cold temperature can significantly improve the low temperature impact properties of the steel.
