在煤层厚度4~10m,赋存条件复杂,特别是煤层厚度变化较大的急倾斜厚煤层,应用“Z”型通风沿空留巷水平分段放顶煤采煤技术。在合理的水平分段内,沿煤层顶板布置运输巷道。工作面回采后,在工作面底板位置采用沿空留巷技术,使留巷与采区回风巷道相通,构成通风系统。工作面的通风线路为“Z”型,具有回采工作面布置灵活、巷道掘进量少、支护简单等特点,有效解决了急倾斜厚煤层水平分段放顶煤采煤法中工作面长度受煤层厚度变化大而难于正常布置、通风系统复杂、生产成本高等问题。在长沟峪煤矿现场应用过程中,该技术取得了良好的社会和经济效果。

Within a reasonable horizontal section, transport tunnels are arranged along the roof of the coal seam. After the mining face is adopted, the technology of gob-side entry retaining is adopted at the floor of the working face so as to connect the gob retaining road with the return airway in the mining area to form a ventilation system. Ventilation line of the working face is “Z” type, which has the characteristics of flexible layout of mining face, less tunneling volume and simple support. It effectively solves the problems of horizontal section caving coal mining method in thick inclined seam The length of the seam thickness changes due to large and difficult to the normal layout, ventilation system complex, high production costs and other issues. During the process of site application at Changgouyu coal mine, the technology has achieved good social and economic results.
