中国证监会副主席高西庆前天在清华大学出席“21世纪商法论坛”时就投资者保护的法律环境,作了简短发言。他指出,证券民事赔偿机制的确立,即对证券违法行为导致的投资者损失通过司法程度得以救济,是证券市场法制建设的重要一环。
Gao Xiqing, vice chairman of China Securities Regulatory Commission made a brief speech on the legal environment for investors’ protection when attending the 21st Century Business Law Forum at Tsinghua University the day before yesterday. He pointed out that the establishment of a securities civil compensation mechanism, that is, the loss of investors caused by the illegal behaviors of the securities, can be remedied through the judicial level, which is an important part of the legal system construction of the securities market.
