门是建筑物的出入口,它有便于识别,“引人入胜”之要求;安全,隔音、隔温、防尘、防风以及显示建筑物的功能、等级、风格等作用。近年来国内一些公共建筑陆续安上国产或进口的铝合金门窗。考虑到国产的铝合金门的设计尚需进一步开发,现介绍西德一些民居的铝合金门的作法和形式,供国内设计、生产和使用等方面参考。安全性:铝合金门的剖面设计应考虑强度及严密性。门扇的铰链、锁都用超硬合金钢制成,一般钢锯无法锯断。门的锁舌不仅设在门扇的中间,而同时设在门扇的上下两端,但这三个锁舌是同步连动的。门的合页铰链也同样安装在对应的上、中、下三处。这样设计的门既不会变形或下垂又格外安全、牢靠和严密(见图1)。门扇中如安玻璃,则一律用双层6mm 厚的玻璃,有的还将内层玻璃改成带钢丝网的夹层玻璃板,更加强了安全程度(见图2)。
The door is the entrance and exit of the building. It has the requirements of easy recognition and “interesting”; safety, sound insulation, temperature protection, dust prevention, wind protection, and the function, grade, and style of the building. In recent years, some domestic public buildings have successively mounted domestic or imported aluminum alloy doors and windows. Considering that the design of domestic aluminum alloy doors still needs further development, the practices and forms of aluminum alloy doors in some residential houses in West Germany will be introduced for reference in domestic design, production, and use. Safety: The profile design of aluminum alloy doors should consider strength and tightness. The hinges and locks of the door leaf are made of superhard alloy steel. Generally, the hacksaw cannot be sawn. The bolt of the door is not only located in the middle of the door leaf, but also at the upper and lower ends of the door leaf. However, the three lock tongues are synchronously linked. The hinge hinge of the door is also installed in the corresponding upper, middle and lower three places. Doors designed in this way are neither deformed nor sagging and are particularly safe, secure and tight (see Figure 1). If the door is covered with glass, it will use double-layer 6mm thick glass, and some will also change the inner glass into a laminated glass plate with a steel wire mesh, further strengthening the safety level (see Figure 2).
