法学教育承担着弘扬法之理念、培养未来法律人才的艰巨使命。由于我国现行法学教育存在规模过大、毕业生就业困难、培养理念、培养模式等不符合社会需要等问题。所以研究如何顺应法学专业自身的特质、探索法学教育的最佳路径的法学教育改革是一项意义深远的课题。
Law education undertakes the arduous mission of carrying forward the concept of law and training future legal professionals. Due to the existence of oversized legal education in our country, such problems as employment difficulties, training ideas and training mode for graduates do not meet the needs of society. Therefore, it is a far-reaching topic to study how to conform to the specialty of law major and to reform the law education to explore the best path of legal education.
