以丁酮为萃取溶剂,研究了SEBF-2熔融结合型环氧粉末涂层自由膜在160℃~230℃经不同时间团化后的萃取团化度.用温度-时间重叠技术分析了涂胶固化反应动力学过程,并用扫描电镜观察了萃取形貌.结果表明,在160℃~220℃之间,萃取固化度随温度升高与时间的延长而增加;在230℃经长时间团化,涂膜发生热降解。在研究温度范围内,萃取固化反应呈现单一激活能,表明固化过程主要受单一反应机制所控制。
Using butanone as the extraction solvent, the degree of extraction of the SEBF-2 melt-bonded epoxy powder coating free-radical membrane at 160 ℃ ~ 230 ℃ after different time groups was studied. The temperature-time overlap technique was used to analyze the kinetics of the curing reaction. The morphology of the samples was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the degree of extraction and curing increased with the increase of temperature and time from 160 ℃ to 220 ℃. The thermal degradation of the coating occurred at 230 ℃ for a long time. In the study temperature range, the extraction reaction showed a single activation energy, indicating that the curing process is mainly controlled by a single reaction mechanism.
