本试验以44个番茄品种为材料,采用方差分析法估算了8个主要早熟性状的遗传变异系数、广义遗传力、相关系数及遗传进度与相关遗传进度等遗传参数。结果表明早期产量、早总比性状的遗传变异系数较高,但其遗传力较低。现蕾期、开花期、第一花序节位三个性状的遗传力高并与早期产量、早总比、生育期性状的遗传相关系数都达到了极显著水平,并且对后三个性状进行间接选择的相关遗传进度均较高。所以用现蕾期、开花期、第一花序节位为直接选择性状,在番茄苗期进行早期间接选择早期产量、早总比、生育期等早熟经济性状则既简便又可以收到较好的选择效果。同样生育期也是早期产量、早总比性状较简便而且效果显著的相关选择性状。
In this study, 44 tomato cultivars were used as materials to estimate the genetic variation coefficient, generalized heritability, correlation coefficient, genetic progress and related genetic progress of 8 major precocious traits by using analysis of variance.
