杨万里《罗塘许氏族谱序》是《罗塘许氏图谱》的一篇序言。这部族谱共十三卷,是罗塘镇许氏家族1995年对族谱进行第十三次重修后的刊刻本,笔者查阅了前几次的重修本,均载有这篇序言。南宋孝宗乾道六年(1170),宜春县令许叔达主持增修许氏族谱,并邀请时任奉新县令的杨万里撰序。此后,许氏后裔又在许叔达修谱的基础上对图谱进行了十次续修,序文也经历了十次的重刻或重印。笔者查阅了众多杨氏文集的版本,都未见此篇序言。为了让世人看到杨万里佚文的全貌,也为了便于对一些问题的考证,现将杨万里佚文《罗塘许氏族谱序》全文照抄如下(其中分段,标点及有关符号系笔者所加,仅供参考):
Yang Wanli “Luo Tong Xu clan spectral sequence” is “Luo Tong Hsu’s atlas” a preamble. This family tree has a total of thirteen volumes, which is the publication of the Xu family of Luo Town in the thirteenth rebuilt of the genealogy in 1995. The author consulted the preface to several previous revisions. Southern Song Xiaocong Road six years (1170), Yichun magistrate Xu Shuda presided over the renovation of the genealogy of Xu, and when invited Fengxin county magistrate Yang Wanli order. Since then, Hui’s descendants in Xu Shuda pedigree again on the basis of the spectrum of ten renewal, the preamble has also undergone ten reprints or reprints. The author consulted a large number of Young’s anthology version, have not seen this preface.
