中职校是培养技能型人才的重要阵地,如何依托技能大赛平台,深化专业人才培养是专业发展中需要研究和探索的问题。笔者充分认识了技能大赛的积极效应和负面影响,并结合自身从事的专业领域,分析了中职校旅游技能大赛的现状,将培训技能大赛选手的教学方式引进日常的教学实践课中,提出了中职旅游人才的培养目标、师资队伍建设和教学方式等的创新。以期培养企业真正需要的技能型人才。
