本研究开发了 1套三仓泵 ,该装置由 2个压力仓和 1个加料仓及控制系统组成。利用该装置对水泥进行了密相气力输送试验 ,在不同的操作参数下 ,该装置均能实现连续稳定供料。它不仅适用于密相气力输送 ,也适用于稀相气力输送。
This study developed a set of three warehouse pump, the device consists of two pressure positions and a hopper and control system. The device was used to carry out the dense phase pneumatic conveying test on cement, under different operating parameters, the device can achieve continuous and stable feeding. It is not only suitable for dense phase pneumatic conveying, but also for dilute phase pneumatic conveying.
