一、前言在电子技术的推广应用中,电子计算机控制、管理和调度系统的推广应用占有极其重要的地位。在这种情况下,计算机一旦失灵,后果是可想而知的。对于铁路计算机应用系统来说,近年来已由原来的主要用于数据处理、工程计算类逐步用于编组站的货车管理信息系统、货运日班计划、运统一分析等实时处理的课题。因而提高计算机系统的抗干扰能力,有效地排除和抑制各种干扰,是我们在计算机推广应用中需要了解和探讨
