后进生是学生中的一个特殊群体,他们往往敏感而脆弱,只有尊重他们才能够慢慢的打开他们的心灵之门,让他们走出自己的世界,去容纳别人。也只有这样,教师才可能顺利的开展我们的转化工作。只有尊重转化的规律和科学性,才能够让整个转化过程顺利且有效。让尊重学生成为一种氛围和长久的习惯,是保证转化最终的有效的唯一办法。
Post-graduation students are a special group of students who are often sensitive and vulnerable. Only by respecting them can they slowly open their spiritual door so that they can get out of their own world and accommodate others. Only in this way can teachers successfully carry out our transformation work. Only by respecting the law of conversion and science can we make the entire conversion process smooth and effective. Making respect for students an atmosphere and long-term habit is the only way to ensure that the conversion is ultimately effective.
