软坚消瘿颗粒中挥发油提取及β-环糊精包合工艺研究

目的:优选软坚消瘿颗粒的挥发油提取及β-CD包合物工艺。方法:以挥发油得率,挥发油包合率为指标,采用L9(34)正交实验设计,优选挥发油提取及β-CD包合物工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为用6倍量水浸泡药材2 h,水蒸气蒸馏法提取6 h。最佳包合工艺为β-CD:软坚消瘿颗粒挥发油=10:1(g.mL-1),包合温度为40℃,包合时间为1.5 h;A2B3C3为优选出的最佳工艺方案。结论:本工艺包合物含量较高,工艺稳定且操作简便,可用于软坚消瘿颗粒的生产中。 Objective: To optimize the extraction of volatile oil from Ruanjianxiao granules and β-CD inclusion compound. Methods: Volatile oil yield and inclusion rate of volatile oil were used as indexes. The L9 (34) orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction of essential oil and β-CD inclusion compound. Results: The best extraction process is to use 6 times the amount of water soaking herbs 2 h, steam distillation extraction 6 h. The best inclusion process was β-CD: soft Jianganxiao particles volatile oil = 10: 1 (g.mL-1), the inclusion temperature was 40 ℃, the inclusion time was 1.5 h; A2B3C3 was the best choice of the best process . Conclusion: The content of the inclusion compound is high, the process is stable and the operation is simple and convenient, which can be used in the production of soft Jianxiao granules.
