一般认为,室性并行心律,特别是并行心律型室性心动过速(以下简称为并行性室速)是一种少见的心律失常,多见于患器质性心脏病的老年人,且有导致心室颤动之虞。然而,近年来,我们发现此种心律失常并不少见,且其临床特点也与上述传统观点不尽相同。我院自1982年5月至1985年10月,共收治室性并行心律及并行性室速24例,现结合其临床资料讨论如下。

Our hospital from May 1982 to October 1985, admitted to a total of 24 cases of ventricular tachycardia and parallel ventricular tachycardia, now combined with the clinical data are discussed below.
