目的:对湖北省红安县参合农民参合意愿、满意度等进行现况调查,为巩固发展新农合提供政策建议。方法:结合访谈,采用整群抽样的方法调查147例参合农民。结果:96.6%的参合农民对新农合制度满意,农民个体受益率达90.4%,40.1%的农民认为参合后减轻了家庭的医疗经济负担,个人筹资水平提高后仍有96.6%的农民愿意继续参合,57.8%的参合者了解新农合政策。结论:管理部门应致力转变宣传理念,提升参合者的政策了解程度;应加快医疗机构的改革,提高服务能力,促进农民主动就医。
Objective: To investigate the willingness and satisfaction of participating farmers in Hongan County, Hubei Province to provide policy recommendations for consolidating and developing the NCMS. Methods: In combination with interviews, 147 cases of participating peasants were investigated by cluster sampling method. Results: 96.6% of participating peasants were satisfied with the new rural cooperative medical system. Individual peasants benefited 90.4%, while 40.1% of peasants considered participating families to reduce their medical and financial burdens. 96.6% of peasants continued to raise their personal funds Participation, 57.8% of participants who understand the new rural cooperative medical policy. Conclusion: The management department should make every effort to change the propaganda concept and enhance the participants’ understanding of policy. Accelerate the reform of medical institutions, improve the service ability and promote the initiative of farmers.
