下腔静脉后输尿管是一种罕见的先天性输尿管异位，由于下腔静脉发育异常所致．我院自1986年～1997年间共4例，其中合并右输尿管上段结石及右肾下盏结石各1例．术前经尿路及／或下腔静脉双重造影确诊．行输尿管切断、复位、端端吻合术．术后输尿管无狭窄。
Inferior vena cava ureter is a rare congenital ureterocele due to abnormal development of the inferior vena cava. Our hospital from 1986 to 1997 a total of 4 cases, of which the upper right ureteral stones and right kidney stones in 1 case. Preoperative biopsy of the urinary tract and / or inferior vena cava confirmed. Ureterotomy, reduction, end anastomosis. No postoperative ureteral stenosis.
