了解山东赵楼1×300 MW循环流化床锅炉发电厂噪声危害状况,为企业噪声防治提供依据。采用现场职业卫生学调查,工作场所中噪声检测、个人剂量计40 h等效声级检测和职业健康检查相结合的方法进行分析。结果显示,17个接噪工种个人40 h等效声级为78.9~86.9 dB(A),工种岗位噪声超标率为23.5%。接噪工人听力损失检出率为5.9%。提示,该循环流化床锅炉发电厂噪声已经对作业工人的健康产生危害,应加强工程控制和个人防护。
Understand the noise hazard of 1 × 300 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler power plant in Zhaolou, Shandong Province, providing basis for prevention and control of noise. The methods of on-the-spot occupational hygiene investigation, noise detection in the workplace, personal sound level 40 h equivalent sound level detection and occupational health examination were analyzed. The results showed that the 40-hour equivalent sound level of the 17 noise-exposed workers was 78.9-86.9 dB (A), and the rate of over-standard noise was 23.5%. The hearing worker hearing loss rate was 5.9%. Prompted that the circulating fluidized bed boiler power plant noise has caused harm to the health of workers, should strengthen the engineering control and personal protection.
