测定了1600℃下用不同还原剂处理上钢三厂转炉渣时渣中FeO的还原动力学曲线。研究了用C及煤矸石作还原剂时,渣中FeO和P2O5的变化关系,确定了还原后转炉渣直接作水泥熟料的最佳条件。
The reduction kinetic curves of FeO in the slag of the No.3 steelmaking plant with different reducing agents were measured at 1600 ℃. The relationship between FeO and P2O5 in slag was studied when using C and coal gangue as reductant, and the optimal conditions for direct conversion of converter slag into cement clinker were determined.
