目的 探讨肝细胞癌(HCC)组织中的Fas抗原的表达和分布。方法 采用抗-Fas多克隆抗体,以免疫组化法检测24例HCC患者尸解的肝癌组织。结果 肝癌及其癌旁组织中Fas抗原检出率分别为41.7％(10/24)和83.3％(20/24);癌组织中Fas抗原表达强度显著低于癌旁组织。结论 Fas抗原在HCC组织中有表达,并可以介导肝癌细胞凋亡。
Objective To investigate the expression and distribution of Fas antigen in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods Anti-Fas polyclonal antibody was used to detect the autophagy in 24 HCC patients by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rates of Fas antigen in hepatocellular carcinoma and its adjacent tissues were 41.7% (10/24) and 83.3% (20/24), respectively. The expression of Fas antigen in cancerous tissues was significantly lower than that in paracancerous tissues. Conclusion Fas antigen is expressed in HCC tissues and can induce hepatocellular carcinoma cell apoptosis.
