一、实用人才供求方面目前存在的问题(一)实用人才需求量大增我国高速跨越式的发展决定了人才需求的超常性。实用人才总体需求增长迅速。2009年底国家陆续出台的区域规划从东部、南部延伸到中部、西部、东北等地,形成东中西齐头并进、共同发展的格局。我国区域发展战略的细化和深化,促使实用人才的需求量大大增加。
I. Existing Problems in the Supply and Demand of Practical Talents 1. The Demand for Practical Talents Increases Rapidly China’s high-speed development by leaps and bounds determines the extraordinary demand for qualified personnel. The overall demand for practical talents has been growing rapidly. By the end of 2009, the country successively introduced the regional planning from the east and the south to the central, western and northeastern regions, forming the pattern of east-west integration and common development. The detailed and deepening of China’s regional development strategy has prompted the demand for practical talents to increase greatly.
