(一)生产关系的形成和本质前面我们在说明劳动的组织形式时已经谈到,人类的生产总是在社会结合中进行的,人们在与自然界进行物质交换的同时,彼此之间必然会结成的一定的经济关系,这也就是生产关系。这些关系是通过一系列具体的行为规则体现出来的,它们被人们称作经济制度。从一定意义上说,生产关系与经济制度是一对等价的概念。但是,我们可以观察到,即便基本生产关系相同,由于文化传统的差别,不同的国家和民族的具体制度还是有差异的。如果要进行更深入和细致的研究,可以更精确地将制度定义为作为生产关系实现形式
