当前在高职高专教育资金管理中存在着预算不准确、忽视资金使用环节制约、理财意识不强、内控制度不完善等问题,使学校资金使用整体效率不高、管理不严,针对存在的问题和现状,笔者提出:深化预算管理、合理筹划资金,强化资金使用管理、确保资金的整体效率,健全内控监督制度、规范资金管理秩序,加强财会队伍建设、适应资金管理需要等方面的建议和设想,以利加强高校资金管理、提高资金使用效率,降低办学成本。
