笔者是平菇栽培专业户。近两年来,就平菇高产栽培法进行了多次实验、探索,发现平菇采用埋土法栽培,在产量上要比其普通法栽培高1倍左右。具体做法是:将长满菌丝体的栽培袋除去塑料袋,将菌包直立埋在冬闲稻田或菜地、空地里。菌包之间相距2—3市寸、稍露料面。要求土壤含水量70—75％,面上的土要松散,才能保证子实体顺利出土。外用
