油田勘探开发研究院档案管理系统在油田行业中的生产、开发、研究、以及整理方面都起着不可或缺的作用。其具备的经济效益和社会效益也是行业里达成的共识与基础。目前的档案信息管理系统还处于萌芽状态,需要随着战略部署和信息的增加而逐步完善。那么对此现状,档案管理工作与知识管理的结合就显得尤为重要。知识管理已经日益强大,成为社会关注的焦点,二者的结合必然是油田勘探开发可持续发展的重要阶段。
Oilfield Exploration and Development Research Institute archives management system in the oil industry in the production, development, research, and finishing all play an indispensable role. Its economic and social benefits are also the consensus and foundation reached in the industry. The current file information management system is still in its infancy, with the strategic deployment and the need to gradually improve information. So the status quo, the combination of file management and knowledge management is particularly important. Knowledge management has become increasingly powerful and has become the focus of society. The combination of the two must be an important stage for the sustainable development of oilfield exploration and development.
