目的通过对凭祥边境互市点水产品的致病菌监测,了解边境互市点水产品致病菌的污染状况,为进境水产品检验检疫工作更加规范化提供依据。方法 2013年1月—2014年12月从互市点随机采集5类水产品样本1 080份进行沙门菌、霍乱弧菌、副溶血性弧菌、单核细胞增生李斯特菌的检测。沙门菌、霍乱弧菌、副溶血性弧菌、单核细胞增生李斯特菌的检测分别依据GB 4789.4-2010、SN/T1022-2010、GB/T 4789.7-2008、GB 4789.30-2010进行检测。结果检测的入境水产品中,副溶血性弧菌阳性率最高,为1.4%、单核细胞增生李斯特菌次之,阳性率为0.5%,沙门菌较少,阳性率为0.3%,霍乱弧菌未检出。5类水产品中虾类和贝类阳性率最高,为3.3%,其次为蟹类,阳性率为2.2%,鱼类为1.1%,软体类最低,阳性率为1.0%。结论凭祥边境互市点入境水产品中副溶血弧菌、单核细胞增生李斯特菌、沙门菌均有带菌,且样本存在多重污染,同一品种出现两种菌感染的情况。副溶血性弧菌及单核细胞增生李斯特菌污染较严重,今后还将是检测的重点致病菌。
OBJECTIVE To understand the pollution status of pathogenic bacteria of aquatic products in border trade points by monitoring the pathogens of aquatic products at the border points of Pingxiang border and provide basis for further standardization of inspection and quarantine of aquatic products entering the border. Methods From January 2013 to December 2014, 1 080 samples of 5 types of aquatic products were randomly collected from the inter-city points for detection of Salmonella, Vibrio cholera, Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Listeria monocytogenes. Salmonella, Vibrio cholerae, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Listeria monocytogenes were detected according to GB 4789.4-2010, SN / T1022-2010, GB / T 4789.7-2008, GB 4789.30-2010. Results The positive rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was the highest in imported aquatic products. The positive rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was 1.4%. The positive rate of Listeria monocytogenes was 0.5%, the rate of Salmonella was less, the positive rate was 0.3% The bacteria were not detected. The highest positive rate of shrimp and shellfish in the five aquatic products was 3.3%, followed by crabs, with a positive rate of 2.2%, fish of 1.1%, and soft body of the lowest, with a positive rate of 1.0%. Conclusion Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Listeria monocytogenes, and Salmonella enterobacteria were transboundary at Pingxiang border border. All samples were contaminated with multiple contaminants and two strains of the same species were infected. Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Listeria monocytogenes pollution is more serious, the future will be the key pathogenic bacteria tested.
