混乱无序的九十年代，档案工作存在潜在的巨大威胁。当时代变革的时候，我们必须通过变革来谋求生存。对企业档案工作而言，我们的工作将总是为生存而奋斗。要长久地发展我们的工作，关键在于是否具有发展并抓住新机遇的能力。这种机遇将把我们与知识管理革命直接联系。下个世纪企业档案工作者将在有关企业的知识管理的决策中，承担重要责任。我们最大的敌人不是企业对历史的淡漠，相反是我们对变革的抵制。
In the nineties of chaos, there was a potentially huge threat to archive work. As the times change, we must seek survival through change. For corporate archives, our work will always be to survive. The key to long-term development of our work lies in its ability to develop and seize new opportunities. This opportunity will connect us directly with the knowledge management revolution. In the next century, corporate archivists will take an important responsibility in the decision-making about knowledge management in enterprises. Our greatest enemy is not the enterprise’s indifference toward history, but rather the boycott of change.
