近几年随着经济的不断发展,城市的现代化建设高速增长,城市劳动力缺口逐年递增,农民工成为补充城市劳动力的大军。城市建设需要农民工群体的参与,而农民工群体的社会保障游离在农民群体与城市居民群体之外。完善农民工群体社会保障机制,成为当今我国社会建设的重要任务。本文阐明了农民工群体社会保障现状与困境,发达国家解决农民工群体社会保障的经验,完善农民工群体社会保障机制的可行性途径。
In recent years, with the constant development of economy, the urban modernization has been growing rapidly. The urban labor gap has been increasing year by year. Migrant workers have become the army to supplement the urban labor force. The urban construction needs the participation of migrant workers ’groups, while the social security of migrant workers’ groups is separated from the peasants and urban residents. Improving the mechanism of social security for migrant workers has become an important task for our country’s social construction. This article clarifies the status quo and predicament of migrant workers ’social security, the experience of developed countries in settling migrant workers’ social security and the feasibility of improving the social security mechanism of migrant workers.
