采用同步分析仪器测出四种碳钢T10、T8、45和20钢的TG-DSC曲线,对其进行氧化动力学试验研究。结果表明:四种钢的DSC曲线上均出现了吸热峰和放热峰,吸热峰为相变所致,出现在740~780℃内,放热峰为碳钢氧化所致;四种钢均出现了氧化增重现象,其中20钢增重最大,T10钢增重最小;四种钢氧化起始增重温度各不相同;随温度升高,四种钢的氧化程度加剧;四种钢的氧化速率各不相同,其中20钢氧化速率最快。
TG-DSC curves of four kinds of carbon steels T10, T8, 45 and 20 were measured by synchronous analysis instrument, and their oxidation kinetics were studied. The results showed that both endothermic peaks and exothermic peaks appeared on the DSC curves of the four kinds of steels, the endothermic peak was caused by the phase transition and appeared within 740 ~ 780 ℃, the exothermic peak was caused by the oxidation of carbon steel; The weight gain of 20 steel was the highest, and the weight gain of T10 steel was the smallest. The initial weight gain temperature of four kinds of steel varied with each other. The oxidation degree of four kinds of steel increased with the increase of temperature. The oxidation rate of steel varies, of which 20 steel oxidation rate of the fastest.
