为解决实车试验中轮心位移量获取困难的问题,提出了一种汽车轮心实际行驶位移的提取方法。针对某款量产车型设计了轮心实际行驶数据的采集试验,利用最小二乘法原理使用直线滑动平均法对离散数据进行线性平滑预处理。在此基础上,提出基于带通滤波的频域积分法对轮心加速度数据进行积分变换求位移,并分析了工程中对加速度信号进行积分变换时误差产生的原因,找出解决办法,从而获取汽车轮心的实际行驶位移。最后,将提取到的轮心位移与试验采集所得轮心位移数据进行对比验证,误差在2%以内,效果良好,本文提出方法具有可行性。
In order to solve the problem that the wheel center displacement is difficult to obtain in the real vehicle test, a method of extracting the actual wheel travel displacement is proposed. Aiming at the production model of a certain type of vehicle, the wheel centering actual driving data acquisition experiment was designed. The least squares method was used to linearly smooth the discrete data by using the linear moving average method. On this basis, the frequency-domain integration method based on band-pass filtering is proposed to integrate the wheel center acceleration data for displacement and to analyze the reason for the error in the integral transformation of the acceleration signal in engineering so as to find the solution to obtain Car wheel center of the actual travel displacement. Finally, the wheel center displacement is compared with the wheel center displacement data obtained from the test. The error is within 2% and the effect is good. The method proposed in this paper is feasible.
