近年来,我们在全市机关事业单位广泛开展机构编制法规政策学习宣传活动,引导各级领导干部切实增强机构编制的法律意识,牢固树立“机构编制促进发展、机构编制服务民生、机构编制支撑人才”的理念,使大家充分认识到,做好机构编制管理工作,必须坚持依法治编,严格执行机构编制法规政策,切实维护机构编制的权威性,最终才能加快转变经济发展方式,切实保障和改善民生,促进经济社会又好又快发展。
