白芨为兰科白芨属植物白芨[Bletilla Striata (Thush.) Beichb. F]的块茎。其化学成分含多量白芨胶质粘液(约55％),和淀粉、挥发油等。我们以中药白芨对用DAB诱发的大白鼠肝癌进行了预防及治疗的实验研究。剂型是附一、二院药剂科制备的2％白芨葡萄糖注射液。
The white peony is the tuber of Bletilla Striata (Thush.) Beichb. F. Its chemical composition contains a lot of white gum viscous liquid (about 55%), and starch, volatile oil and so on. We took the experimental study of the prevention and treatment of DAB-induced hepatocarcinoma in rats. The dosage form is a 2% white peony glucose injection prepared by the Pharmacy Department of the First and Second Hospitals.
