土建工程造价管理和土建工程管理、发展以及技术等各方面都有密切联系,应该始终贯穿于土建工程建设的全过程。只有有效控制、管理土建工程造价管理才可以有效提高工程建设资金的有效利用率,最大限度的提高土建工程企业的经济效益、社会效益。本文主要分析了土建工程造价控制管理过程中的主要问题,并且总结了有效的造价控制管理措施。
