一、引言网络广播技术主要是指将传统广播、电视与互联网技术相结合的新型广播技术,以网络为传播介质进行广播。这里说的网络,不仅指Internet,也包括各种局域网、城域网。广播的形式,不仅有声音,也有图形和文字,即进行音频和视频输出服务。网上广播将是未来发展的一大趋势,应用于媒体分发、远程教育、视频会议、远程演示和商业广告等领域,更重要的是它对现有广播事业的有益补充。
I.
