规划建设产业集聚区,是我省拓展发展空间、提升发展水平、培育新的增长点、争创新一轮发展优势的战略需要。全省14个产业集聚区的定位,既是新型工业化与新型城市化相结合的示范区,又是体制机制创新的示范区。2010年省委、省政府启动部署产业集聚区建设以来,各个集聚区勇于先行先试,创新管理体制,转变开发模式,激发创业活力,在规划制定、政策设计、招商引资、项目推进、管理体制等方面取得了重要的阶段性成果。
Planning and construction of industrial agglomeration area is our province to expand development space, enhance the level of development, cultivate new growth points, striving for a new round of development strategic needs.
