仙桃是湖北省直管市,位于江汉平原腹地,紧邻国家中心城市武汉,是“1+8”武汉城市圈核心成员。2012年,全市实现地区生产总值444.2亿元,增长12.8%,经济总量排名继续位列全省县、市之首。仙桃市非织造产业经过近30年的发展,2008年起该市非织造产业集群列入全省重点产业集群名单,进入中国县域产业集群竞争力百强之列,2009年成立的仙桃市无纺布生产力促进中心,被工信部授予“国家中小企业公共服务示范平台”称号,2012年,中国产业用纺织品行业协会授予仙桃市非织造产业集群“公共服务平台建设示范
Xiantao is a municipality directly under the control of Hubei Province. It is located in the hinterland of the Jianghan Plain and is close to the national center city of Wuhan. It is a core member of the ”1+8“ Wuhan city circle. In 2012, the city achieved a total GDP of 44.42 billion yuan, an increase of 12.8%, and the economic aggregate continued to rank among the top counties and cities in the province. After 30 years of development, the non-woven industry in Xiantao City has been listed in the list of key industrial clusters in the province since 2008, and has entered the list of top 100 competitiveness in China’s county-level industrial clusters. It was established in 2009 in Xiantao Nonwovens. The Cloth Productivity Promotion Center was awarded by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as a ”National SME Public Service Demonstration Platform“ title. In 2012, China Industrial Textiles Industry Association awarded Xiantao Non-woven Industry Cluster ”Public Service Platform Construction Demonstration
