公安组织内的非正式群体对组织的影响具有双重性,积极的非正式群体不仅顺应而且会推动组织目标的实现,而消极型的非正式群体会严重阻碍组织目标的实现。因此,本文通过管理学的非正式群体理论对公安组织内非正式群体对公安组织的影响加以阐述。
The impact of the informal groups within the public security organizations on the organizations is twofold. The active informal groups not only conform to but also promote the realization of organizational goals, while the negative informal groups will seriously hinder the realization of organizational goals. Therefore, this article expounds the influence of informal groups in public security organizations on public security organizations through informal group theory of management.
