微细矿粒的分选是个难题。浮选法以处理细粒物料为特点,但是对-10微米微细物料的效果显著变差,粒级回收率下降,选择性变坏,因此,往往不得不预先脱泥。近年来,日益重视研究微细矿粒的分选设备及工艺,并取得一些进展。例如,高梯度强磁场磁选机用于高岭土脱铁、脱钛,分选粒限可达2~3微米;背负浮选、真空浮选、电解浮选用于分选细泥等。其中微粒选择性聚团的分选工艺有良好的发展前景。
Fine mineral particles sorting is a problem. The flotation process is characterized by the treatment of fine-grained material, but the effect on -10-micron fine material is significantly degraded, the particle-size recovery is decreased and the selectivity is deteriorated, and therefore, it is often necessary to remove sludge in advance. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the research of the equipment and technology for the sorting of fine minerals, and some progress has been made. For example, the high gradient magnetic separator for the de-iron kaolin, titanium removal, separation of up to 2 to 3 microns particle size; carrying flotation, vacuum flotation, electrolytic flotation for the separation of fine mud and so on. One of the particle selective agglomeration of the sorting process has good prospects for development.
