1985年以来,我们对输尿管中、下段手术患者,采用对侧卧位(即右侧输尿管手术取左侧卧位,反之则取右侧卧位)手术67例,与同期干卧位手术23例相比,具有一定的优越性。现介绍如下。1 临床资料:本组90例均为输尿管中、下段结石患者,男52例,女38例;年龄12岁～70岁。随机分为平卧位手术组(23例),对侧卧位手术组(67例)。两组年龄、性别、结石部位及病情大致相同,具有可比性。麻醉:均全部采用连续硬膜外腔麻醉。手术方法:两组切口选择与手术操作相同。对侧卧位手术组则将患者对侧卧
